Q - HSE Manager

The Temporary Quality Manager is a professional working together with the Customer for a limited timeframe, focusing on management of multidisciplinary and complex projects that need competence, knowledge of proecesses, advanced methodologies and managerial skills. 

 

Customer can rely in their staff on an expert  manager able to fit easily and quickly the role for the time strictly needed to complete the tasks focused on promoting and managing specific projects, even special, as the following:  

  

  • Training and coaching of company improvement teams.

  • Training on Quality & Improvement Tools, Standardization, etc.

  • Replacement "ad interim" of a vacant Quality Manager position.

 

All activities that need suitable and trained resources, usually not prompltly and easily available in the company.
